The Ashcraft Family Grants Conservation Easements to Owl Creek Conservancy on August 4, 2023.
Rick Ashcraft, his son Matt, and Matt's wife Candace have protected 323 acres of prime farmland in Fredericktown, Ohio. The total acreage is made up of 4 seperate parcels of land in Wayne and Morris Townships. Closing 4 easements at the same time is a new record for Owl Creek and we would like to thank the Ashcraft family for being part of this landmark event.
With the addition of the Ashcraft properties, Owl Creek Conservancy now holds a total of 48 conservation & agricultural easements, protecting 5,610 acres of natural beauty in Knox and surrounding counties.
